3aHealth is seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals, to join its growing team of professional software engineers. Successful candidates will be engaged in the development of electronic health systems and services primarily within the context of recently awarded eHealth4U: Integrated National Health Ecosystem project funded by the Research and Innovation Foundation of Cyprus (RIF). eHealth4U objective is to design and develop the next generation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and associate services at a National scale.

Qualifications (Full-Stack Developer)
Extensive knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, client-server architecture, 3-Tier Layer and SOLID principles.
4+ years of software development experience with Java/C#.
4+ years of software development experience with front end technologies HTML5/CCS3/JavaScript.
Good knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g.Angular, AngularJS, React.js).
Solid experience with JSON/XML and REST technologies.
Solid experience with SQL and ability to handle complex SQL statements, triggers, store procedures and functions.
Quality minded and knowledgeable of software testing techniques (e.g. writing unit tests).
Knowledge of version control principles and experience with Git, GitLab or other version control system. Experience with issue tracking systems such as Jira (Atlassian).

Qualifications (Front-End Developer)

Academic and Professional Qualifications and Skills
Degree in Computer Science or any other related Information Technology field. Verbal and written fluency in English. Ability to work in a cross-functional team and a multicultural environment. Ability to work with remote teams/stakeholders. Autonomous in carrying out work & flexibility towards the range of tasks. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Minimum 4 years’ experience and proven seniority level. For non-EU applicants a work permit is mandatory. Following Skills are an Advantage Experience in R&D projects, project management, and project reporting. Experience in Java Spring framework Experience in NoSQL (Mongo dB, MySQL X DevAPI). Experience in Statistical and Machine learning. Experience in Apache Spark. Professional Certifications.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS
The positions are on a contract basis of two years with possibility of renewal. The yearly salary offered will be in the range of €20,000 to €36,000 depending on the candidate’s qualifications and expertise. From this amount, the employee’s contributions will be deducted. The position does not include a 13th salary bonus.

The employee will have the right to outpatient medical coverage and as of 01/06/2020 to inpatient medical coverage according to the General Healthcare System (GHS). S/he shall contribute 1,7% of their monthly gross earnings (as of 01/03/2020 this percentage shall increase to 2.65%). Maternity leave will be granted based on Social Insurance Laws from 1980 until 2012.
